We are proud to announce several news again:

• Elevator in operation!
• Apartment Top19 (#7) opened. This is of A2 type (2nd floor) for 2 persons and handicapped (wheelchair) accessible.
• Garage space available: For our guests we have one space in a garage nearby, which can be rented. Please reserve in time!
• Construction works on the attic planned for mid October-mid December (with scaffolding), some disturbances during the day might occur. In this case we offer a rebate of 25% on the daily rates.
  

February 2010:

Now On Line Booking available:

• From now on it is possible to book an apartment directly on line (credit card necessary). Besides that, it is still possible to make a non-binding request

October 2009:

• Apartment #5 (A4) is available since September 2009
• Apartment #6 will be available from November

• Change of presentation: Now apartment types are requested instead of actual apartments:
• Type A2 (apts #1 and #2) - for 1-2 persons
• Type A4 (apts #4 and #5) - for 1-4 persons
• Type A4 deluxe (apt #3) - for 1-4 persons

if you want to book a specific apartment (if available), you can name this under "special wishes".

• Construction of an elevator: This will be available to all guests from spring 2010. We ask for your understanding for eventual disturbances.

June 2009:

We are expanding again:

• Apartments #5 and #6 lie below (2nd floor) and above (4th floor) of apartment #4 and are also suited for up to 4 persons. They are equally quiet, friendly and comfortable.
  Opening is planned for August / September 2009

November 2008:

We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of two new apartments:

• Apartment #3: our most beautiful flat, 90 sqare metres in the second floor facing the street, noble old-fashioned style rooms, two sleeping rooms plus one living room (with extendible couch) for up to 6 persons
• Apartment #4: 65 sq.mtrs., cosy apartment in the 3rd floor, facing the inner court, for up to 5 persons, for those who search for a quiet cosy vacation home in Vienna

Credit Cards accepted: We are glad to announce that from now on we accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) as well as cash. 
(except the prepaiment which has still to be made by bank transfer;

only valid for arrivals after Jan 15th)
