The Apartments     

ViennApart offers spacious and comfortable apartments for 1 to 4 (up to 6) persons, they are located in the 2^nd to 4^th floor of the house in Nussdorfer Strasse 27.
Currently you can choose between the following categories:

• Type A2(3 units) - 45-50 sq.m., 2 persons
• Type A4(3 units) - 65 sq.m., for 4 persons
• Type A4 deluxe(1 unit.) - 90 sq.m., for 4 persons

Certainly an occupancy of less than the named number is also possible, sometimes extra beds are possible (please ask!).

All apartments comply to modern standards:

• comfortable, wide beds
• friendly, light furnishing 
• good position, quiet apartments
• toilet and bathroom (separate)
• automatically controlled central gas heating
• sufficient cutlery and tableware
• washing mashine in every apartment
• partly dishwasher
• Kitchen with all necessary devices (fridge, gas/electric stove and oven, microwave, water heater, coffeemaker, partly dishwasher)
• Satellite TV, Clock radio etc.
• A mobile phone (prepaid) can be supplied (deposit required)
• Air conditioning in apt. 2
• Only non-smoking apartments 
• Services: weekly change of towels and linen 
• Internet Access (broadband, WLAN) included in price
• special offers for business travelers
