Our apartments are situated in a typical charming Vienna founders' time building (1870) near the historic center. Newly opened, they offer all necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in Vienna, either for a interesting city trip, the visit of one of Vienna's international congresses, or for an even longer stay for business or research. Situated centrally: The city centre is only few minutes away, and the tram brings you in 15 minutes to the romantic Grinzing. Touristic sights in direct vicinity are Schubert's birthplace, the Vienna Volksoper (people's opera) and Museum Liechtenstein.

For business stays: the Vienna University, the general hospital (AKH) and the WIFI as well as many other institutions, as well as embassies, are near the house.
