The house in Nußdorfer Straße 27 is a typical house from the Viennese "Gründerzeit" (founders' period) , built in 1870 as a part of an old architectural ensemble, in a very good and popular residential area, near the city center.

central position

It lies in a very favourably situated place, directly in front of the entry there are the stops of several tramway and bus lines, within 5-10 minutes walking distance you can reach the stations of the underground line U6 and the "Franz Josefs-Bahnhof" railway station, the City is only 1,5 kilometers away an can be reached in three tramway stops.

In very short distance from the house there are several sights:
  • Votiv church
  • Private collection of the prince of Liechtenstein in Palais Liechtenstein: Liechtenstein museum
  • Volksoper (people's opera)

Please note that due to the central position of the house the parking possibilities are very limited; the whole 9th district is a short-term parking zone. If you come by car we suggest to park either in a parking garage or outside the "Gürtel" in a distance of around 500 mt from the house.
