Our
Philosophy 
The main principles of our
apartments
During creation and
furnishing of our apartments we have used several principles, and we
have tried to implement them throughout our work:
- Clear lines,
Functionality: all necessary comfort and all which makes the
stay in a foreign city a pleasant one, but no unnecessary "dust
catchers". The apartments are specially adapted for the needs of
travelers and are specifically designed for this reason.
- Cleanliness:
In this sense the cleanness of the apartment has absolutely first
priority. Our flats are all equipped mainly with wooden floors and
tiles, which enables a (allergic adapted) cleaning of the floors.
- Efficiency:
All our offered equipment are operative, in the rare case of failures
we are always anxious to repair.
- Customer service:
We are always keen to have satisfied guests and are always in search of
a good solution for our customers' demands
- We respect the Privacy
of our guests: We understand our customers' wish for their "own home"
and try to avoid all possible disturbances.
- Fair prices,
no hidden costs. The prices stated in the offer are final prices
inclusive all additional costs like heating, gas, taxes etc.). Optional
services like garage space, telephone costs etc. are communicated
clearly before they occur.
What differentiates us
from a hotel
The following points might
be some help for you to decide whether you should go for a traditional
hotel or rather choose an apartment of ViennApart:
- Room space: The
apartments of ViennApart are normally 2-3 times bigger than a
comparable hotel room; the studios (comparable to a double room)
have 45-50 sq.m, the A4 apartments for 4+ persons are bigger than 65
m² !
- low Inclusive prices:
The prices stated here include all extras (taxes, heating, but also
welcome basket, internet use etc.), the prices are similar to a **-***
hotel without breakfast. Offered prices stay valid, even if the daily
prices might change in the meantime.
- personal Freedom:
With us you always have the choice whether you like to go out for
having meals or simply stay at home in front of the TV set and eat the
food you have bought at the grocery store on the other side of the
street. No minimalist minibar with excessively expensive minibottles,
but a regular fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee maker etc.
You decide when and how you long you sleep and you need not leave the
room for room service.
You are not constrained to go to a certain restaurant for breakfast,
but you choose from a multitude of possibilities in the direct
vicinity, or you simply drink your home-brewn coffee at home.
- Privacy: At
our place you have your apartment for your own, nobody disturbs or
controls you, you need not give the key to the reception when you leave
the house and you need not give notice of your return (to fetch the
keys). We are here for you only when you need anything, otherwiese we
leave you alone.
Vacation rentals sometimes
have a bad reputation as old furnished flats that are not needed
anymore are rented as vacation apartments, e.g. in the state they were
left by the old aunt when she moved to the nursing home.
We are categorically different from this type of offer, especially by:
- Professionalism: All
our Apartments have been specially designed and furnished for the needs
of travelers, if antique furniture is used, they are specially adapted
for this situation. We run ViennApart as a full time job and are
(nearly) always available for the demands of our guests.
- Payment: We
accept besides cash also frequently used credit and debit cards
