The prices stated here are per apartment (not per person!) and are valid until Dec 31st., 2011 resp. until
further notice. They include VAT, local taxes and all additional costs, for up
to the number of persons stated as "standard occupancy".

Rebates:

Additional cost:
- Final cleaning: € 35 for A2, € 50 for A4 and A4deluxe
- where available, air condition (on request): € 10 per night
- * For an expressed booking of Top19 for less than 3 persons (except handicapped) an extra charge of € 20 / day applies
- * Additional person (exceeding std. occupancy): 18 €/night (children until 15yr: € 13,50; babies until 2yr: € 4,50)
- Garage: € 18 / night (please request early!)
Renting conditions:
- minimum stay: 3 nights (over new year's eve: 5 nights). For shorter stays a supplement will be charged, please ask for details.
- To confirm the booking, a prepayment of 30% of the rental price has to be given (by bank transfer or credit card),
- The rest can be paid up to 14 days before the arrival (by bank transfer) or at arrival on location (cash, credit card: VISA, Mastercard)
- At arrival, a deposit of 200 EUR has to be given, which is returned when the apartment is left in proper condition.
- It is absolute necessary to inform us about your expected time of arrival.
- Arrival by arrangement, otherwise between 4:30pm and 5pm, departure until 10am or by arrangement.
- The number of guests in the apartment (including children/babies) has to be communicated at time of booking.
- Non-smoking apartments: Please note that it is not allowed to smoke in the apartments. In case of non-observance additional cleaning cost can be charged.
